Cool Calm Collected will endeavour to supply only the highest quality products and believe you will be delighted with your choices. If there is any problem with your purchase there are procedures to follow in returning your item(s).
If you wish to return an item we advise you first obtain a returns number - you can do this by phoning us on 01271 859 356 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org - this will help in keeping track of your returns during the refund or exchange process. The returns number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package and sent back to us, see address below. All goods when returned must have a copy of the reciept included in the package.
If your product(s) are faulty please send them back to us and we will endevour to send out a replacement product or give you a full refund which will include your return postage costs.
For exchanges or refunds of any item(s) they must be returned within 14 working days. You, the consumer have the right to cancel your order within seven working days for most goods and services. This period runs from the day the contract was concluded for the services, and from the day after the day of delivery for goods.
Returned postal charges will apply to exchanges or refunds of item(s), we will only refund the postage if the item is faulty or damaged in delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us and for more valuable goods we recommend you use an insured delivery service for peace of mind.

We do not accept your credit card information on this website. Our online payments are handled by Protx who take care of credit card payments on our behalf.

All our products conform and are sold to British and EC specifications. If you are purchasing for use outside the EC please check to ensure the product meets that country’s safety standards and legislation before purchase. V.A.T is included at 17.5%
Whilst every care has been taken in the creation of this site the customer should satisfy themselves of the exact colours by reference to the brochures etc. as screen images may vary.
Exchange and Refund Policy
Upon receipt, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the item unused in the original packaging with your invoice for an exchange or refund (excluding carriage charges), alternatively we can collect at a cost of £10.00 per parcel*. (UK only) If a collection is arranged and you are not home as arranged you will be charged £15.00 for the aborted collection. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancellation Rights/Acceptance of Goods
You have a cooling off period of seven working days to enable you to examine the goods supplied during which time you may cancel the order in writing. If you do wish to cancel, the goods must be returned unused in the original packaging, in a resalable condition. You will be responsible for the cost of their safe return to us. Alternatively we can collect at a cost of £10.00 per parcel*. (UK only) If a collection is arranged and you are not home as arranged you will be charged £15.00 (UK only) for the aborted collection. This does not affect your statutory rights. *All Wooden Furniture carries a return charge of £20 per parcel. You cannot cancel under these terms if you have used the goods. All goods must be inspected as to merchantable quality, and any shortage or damage in transit (goods showing signs of transit damage must be signed 'box damaged') along with any defects reported to Cool Calm Collected within 48 hours of receipt. No claims for damage will be accepted after this period.
Complaints or Failure in Guarantee Period (UK Customers only)
In the first instance contact us email@example.com and state your complaint. Any complaints will be dealt with the same day. Proof of purchase must accompany any warranty claim. We guarantee our products for six months. This does not affect your statutory rights. If a fault develops within the guarantee period, we will arrange collection and inspection in our warehouse. We regret we are unable to supply loan products whilst inspection and repairs are carried out. If the failure is confirmed to be due to a manufacturing fault we will arrange repair, or replacement if the repair is un-economical. If however the fault is due to fair wear and tear/damage or misuse we will quote for a repair and you will also be liable for carriage charges. In the event of a dispute as to the cause of the failure the manufacturer will arbitrate and their word will be final. All returned products must be carefully packed in cardboard. It is wise to retain original cartons for this purpose.
